| Monthly Basket Making Classes
Ongoing monthly classes held Saturday or Sunday, start time 10am or 1pm. All materials and instructions are supplied for students to weave the class basket. Class size is limited. Preregistration/deposit required. Schedule of classes with all inclusive information available.

| Genesee Valley Plein Air Painters
Plein air painters are welcome to join the Genesee Valley Plein Air Painters, an artists association. “GVPAP” will serve active plein air painters who are NYS residents in the Greater Rochester/Genesee River Valley Region. GVPAP is a Chapter of the NY Plein Air Painters (NYPAP), and members of GVPAP are automatically members of NYPAP. Our mission is to promote and inspire quality plein air painting as well as provide socially-pleasant painting opportunities for its membership throughout the year. We hold to the definition of plein air painting which states that 85% of your painting must be completed on site in plein air (in open air). All "painting" mediums may be used. The membership will welcome both "experienced" and "aspiring" plein air painters. The criterion of membership in GVPAP is activity. Members should paint en plein air regularly and sign up for volunteer opportunities. In addition, members may participate in planning of the activities. Activities will be scheduled year round. "Seasonal inactivity" and "snowbirds" are welcome. All new members will be accepted as Associate Members and they may become
