Please share your arts or cultural event with us. Our calendar service is free. Your event will be published on our website, and if submitted by appropriate deadlines, will be shared with regional media and other organizations and published in our quarterly newsletter, ArtSphere (circulation of ~800 and as many as 700 distributed to Livingston County libraries and public facilities and beyond).

Most artistic opportunities such as classes/conferences/workshops, calls for work/vendors/entries, or grants will be posted to our Artistic Opportunities web page and are generally NOT published in ArtSphere.

Use of this online submission form is mandatory for organizations outside of Livingston County, and is the preferred method of receiving event information from organizations within Livingston County. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Please allow approximately one week for your event to post to our website. If submitted by email, mail or fax, allow two weeks.

To ensure your event is published in ArtSphere, submit your information before these deadlines:

GVCA reserves the right to edit content and decline those submissions not in keeping with its mission.

Please use these formatting rules

1. Use upper and lower case only. Please do not use all upper case/capital letters.
2. Do not use quotation marks “ “ in your event title line.
